Is Manga Entertainment ever gonna re-release this on Blu Ray?

That is actually a good question. If they were to come out with a blu-ray version of the UNCUT,UNCENSORED, UNLEASHED version - now that would have people bouncing off the walls like Vega.

I'd buy it all over again if it's the uncut,uncensored version that they convert into blu-ray.

I don't own a blu-ray player , but if I did...I would most definitely buy it AGAIN ( it would be my third time buying this film hahah! ) Oh well , it's way too epic not to .

I doubt the remaster cost would be worth it for Manga Entertainment and Sony. It would have to get the Evangelion treatment to be Blu-ray worthy.
