What the hell is with the aliases for the English cast?

Did they really use different names when acting for this movie or is this some lame attempt to connect them all to the Street Fighter II V English cast?!

No idea, but you can tell most of them are the same voice actors or really good soundalikes.

Ken in Street Fighter 2 The Animated Movie does not sound like Ken in Street Fighter 2 V.
