Sorry to create a new thread, but I've re-uploaded the SFII Complete Unofficial Soundtrack from 2006; which includes the complete Cory Lerios score as compiled by mr_polite, and myself (Artists soundtrack). I thought that by creating a new thread it would attract those who still want the soundtrack.
I highly recommend it! it's the all in one package 8-D
I wonder how far the score already got today, I mean, it all started on this board and surely found its way via numerous filesharing networks by now. And we were the ones to witness it. it's a global, everlasting honour for us as sf2 fans! yeah!! MESSATSU!!!
Absolutely. But, really, it boils down to what mr_polite did. He did a huge favour for us SF2 fans who longed to own the mp3 of Ryu's meditation theme. Then he released others, then I downloaded the artists soundtrack and shoved them in a .rar file. Then I got all the files together 'as one' and put them all in an archive and provided 120 people with the compilation (that's how many downloads it has had).
Kent: "my hairs a bit long" Coldheart: "how long?" Kent: "like 1 inch"
btw, is that exclusive unreleased piece of the score also included in your version? I mean the one that mr. john d'andrea himself burned on a cd and sent my way. it is a very sf2 recognizable tune, the part were the shadowlaw base is bombed is also in there. john and cory composed it together, but unfortunately john only has kept this beta-version track. still pretty interesting.
I don't remember. I do however remember downloading a "2 CD set" which somebody compiled, which I have in two seperate RAR files. I could upload them if that's what you're talking about? If not then I don't think so. Although at the time I pretty much downloaded everything that was going =)
Kent: "my hairs a bit long" Coldheart: "how long?" Kent: "like 1 inch"
I see, then I am pretty sure you have the bonus track included. No need to upload, I do own it, just wanted to make sure for the others. We should keep this thread bumped so that it's always on top. ^_^
OK, here is the new link for the Complete Soundtrack, and if people want them I'll add the other two "discs" later.
Also, I think it's worth mentioning that, as far as I understand, the site which hosts my files (Sendspace.com) delete files from my account which are inactive (haven't had a download in 9 days), so that's the reason links go dead and I have to re-upload the file (a pain, but it's free so I can't complain really).
Well here it is again, enjoy!
Street Fighter II - The Animated Movie - Complete Unofficial Soundtrack.rar
A compilation of both the original Cory Lerios/John D'Andrea score and Artists' soundtrack.
And we are again back online!!! The street fighter fan community thanks Coldheart for having a "warm heart" and treating us with new download links!!! :-D
just bleeping awesome. i'm exploding with anxiousness!!!!!1111!!1!
btw, since there are sf2 fans here, i assume most of you if not all have seen the series from '95. do ANY of you have the remixed version of the hadou-ken track?? i have been searching for that song for YEARS! if someone has it please email it to me at [email protected]
Hi guys, the original download link is dead. Can someone please please re-up it? In particular i'm REALLY after the ryu meditation one, but all would be great! Thanks,
Damn, my i-net always breaks down after a few mb upload. either it's the i-net or stupid rapidshare. if you really want the pieces give me your email adress and tell me which songs you want. I will email the separatly. but only because japanese fighters stick together! =) CAUSE WE'RE BROTHERS RWAAHAHAHAHAHAA!!!!
Wow, I can't believe this thread is still active (last bumped 6 days ago before I post this) - if anybody requests a re-upload (yes, I still have everything), just holla.
Great days when the soundtrack first got compliled and put around. There was a great sense of camaraderie between us, but I think sadly it's kind of died out...
Yep my Dutch friend, same feeling over here! :) I promoted the score again a bit in the ffshrine forums, the "story of camaraderie" is also known there. Relating to another project I tried to contact Mr Polite again - The Godfather - but he doesn't seem to be around here anymore. After all he never answered again. But we had exciting days back then, it was great - and I still listen to the score :) It has now spread everywhere, including youtube. It has happened fast...
PS: Since I'm a hopeless nostalgic, I will keep checking back here every once in a while. Until the end of time :)
Lol, crazy that this board is still active. I haven't signed onto imdb in a while but it's good to see people are still interested. Thanks for keeping it up.
hey mr., yeah it's been a while :-) btw, I sent you a pm some months ago. I know that I don't get noticed about pm by imdb unless I check manually, so maybe my pm is still in your inbox?
I do check it every time I sign on, but I haven't been on in some months. I think it automatically deletes messages after 30 days. Sorry I missed it man.
I still have all the soundtrack archived in RAR files on my computer. Had them for well over 4 years now (it might actually be closer to 5), and still listen to some of the music from time to time. If there's any interest for them, I will upload them again - as I have done time and time again since 2006.

This is the one I compiled and uploaded back in 2006. Contains the original score by Cory Lerios, as well as the artists' soundtrack by various. The "Read Me" text file has been updated, but everything else is the same as it was ~5 years ago.
This was always the more popular download, though there are 2 other RAR archives which david-krug-1 uploaded. They contain some exclusive music tracks not featured on the main compilation. They are below, if anybody wants them. I personally recommend downloading all of it, which totals 256 megabytes in size.
File Name: Street Fighter II - The Animated Movie - Soundtrack CD1.rar Size: 79.11MB
4 years ago today I made this thread, which was a repost of a previous thread from around the middle of 2006. The reason I'm bumping this thread, is owing in no small part to an awesome sense of nostalgia. This single board on IMDb has a record of an excellent, albeit small online community, and I'm very proud to have been a part of it for all these years.
Anyway, I think it's fantastic that there's still some interest for the soundtrack, and if there's anybody who doesn't have the download, who would like it, please either ask for it in this thread, or send me a PM: (http://www.imdb.com/user/ur4860602/boards/sendpm/)
