I just watched this movie, and it appeared to me that the muscles on most of the people were way out of control, the muscles were so huge that the charactors would actually be musclebound.
I was playing the game, and they wern't as big.

but i thought it was awesome, looked more like superheros, Street fighters were supposed to be really special fighters from around the world
