Can't get over how good this film is

It's got everything I want from films. Not just a film, but films.
Let's see, first it has great actors. Fiennes, was very fine in this. Bassett made one of the best female characters of the 90s. Lewis, she was gorgeous and she sings.
This film has real characters and they're people that's interesting and you can invest in them.

The camera works. Very inspired look of the future world is captured by POV shots among other great editting works.

The story. It provides genuine intrigue to kick things off. It provides action as well. It's got sexy touch and some graphic violence. I'm surprised that this film is 20 years old. I don't think it's aged a bit. The things that happen in this film, is still happening in the streets.

The ending. I'm sure most of you already know but I think it was one of the sweetest endings ever done. That's because I cared for these characters and I believed in them. Romantic.


Kathryn Bigelow is an amazing director and James Cameron provided a great sci-fi thriller that had something to say.

10/10 for me.
