Aren´t Screamers just machines?
If so, then why did jessica´s hand bleeded when Hendricksson sliced it?

shareThe Screamers are becoming so much better at imitating human beings that they're practically human themselves. The Jessica model can bleed and have sex and experience love and do all sorts of other "human" things. She may be partly organic or the flesh and blood may be a good imitation; we don't know.

Thanks. That´s a good explanation.
Those new Screamer´s behaviour is other thing I dont understand. Why did they kill the boy Screamers?

We're not told precisely why, but the general point is that not all Screamers are on the same side any more and they've become sufficiently "human" to kill even each other.
I think most likely the more advanced Screamers were just keeping up the pretense of being human so that they could get Hendricksson to activate the shuttle for them. If that required destroying some Screamers of less advanced models, so be it.
(And Becker went nuts at the end -- apparently because he was damaged by the nuclear blast.)
