Does anybody know the name of the song Peter Weller listens to on his headphones during the movie?

sharePeter Weller isn't listening to music in headphones, the "grunt" is listening to some other tune by an unknown performer. I can't read the credits at the close of the movie.
I know that in the movie Peter Weller is listening (cranked up) to an opra named, Don Giovanni. It is an opera in two acts with music by Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart and libretto by Lorenzo da Ponte.
Yes indead, the Grunt is putting his earphones on, and plays a song.
I also want to know which song it is!
Somebody help us...
Hey,
I just read your posts; and when this movie 1st came out, I was trying to find the artist that did the song.
I'm at work, but somewhere at home, I have the name of the song, the name of the girl singing it and I was able to find some info on the guitarist, but never could find an MP3 of the entire song.
I'll try to post what I have in a couple days. (sorry, I'm not going to be home tonight). From what I remember, it was a group from Canada.
Hope this helps a little. I'm glad I'm not the only one that thought (the little bit of that song you here) it rocks.
you dont happen to know the exact name of the act he is listening to and i mean that by when peter weller is looking at the coin and the opera is playing it sounds pretty nice and i would like to find the name so i can go look for it

OK, I couldn't wait, so I started searching for old posts I put when I was searching before.
The name of the song is "Hard Luck Solution"
The "grunt" was called "Jefferson" who listened to it on the headphones.
The singer is LuLu Hughes.
The guitarist is Jerry Devilliers, Jr.
The lyrics are by Dwight Druick.
If you can read French, here is a photo and some info on LuLu Hughes:

I do see that LuLu Hughes is still singing and has be a part of about 20 projects since then. I think Jerry Devilliers is a studio guitarist, as he is on a lot of soundtracks for movies and kids shows. Here is what IMDB has on him:

That's about all I can contribute for now. With this, can anyone supply more information?

I just edited this about 2 years later from here down. I appears that she either changed the spelling of her name, or the websites have.
LuLu Hughes has a MySpace page now, and it appears she still does some bluesy music but is pretty famous for World Beat style too.
I'm still looking for a complete copy of the song "Hard Luck Solution" and cannot find it anywhere. If you can help, please contact me.
