Since the peace treaty proposal was fake, who the hell was the messenger who delivered it to the Alliance base? Was he a human or a screamer?
If he was a human, why would he help the screamers set a trap by delivering the message? If he was a screamer, why did the Type 1's attack him, and why didn't he have any mechanical parts when he was torn to pieces?
Either way, it makes no sense to me...

He might have been given the treaty before the screamers had invaded and killed all the NEB. Either that or handed to him by the same screamer that ended up killing the Jefferson, since he was wearing the face of Marshall Richard Cooper, the NEB commander.

I think he was a genuine NEB messenger, but it makes no sense that he had no protection ( such as the wrist suppressor ) against the screamers, as he would have been just as much aware of them as the Alliance soldiers. The Alliance even say this amongst themselves.🐭
