Thoughts? I'm torn a bit. On one hand, it seems they want to give a new look to the character design, the original manga style look. I like that. But on the other hand, it also seems like one of those CGI, mechanical, 'show-off' animation designs for the "hip" audience. Time will tell, maybe it will look good once set in motion.

Strangely even though I hate change I have to say it is beautiful. I don't know how I will feel once I see it in motion but the image is very true to the style of the manga but more appropriate for an anime. It probably needs to differentiate it's self from the original.

That looks so crazy and epic! If there was one thing I really liked about the Manga over the show was the art style, and this is very much in the vain of the Manga, so I think it's ace!
