Crystal episode 2!

I thought episode 2 was an improvement over episode 1. Usagi didn't look quite so weird to me this time around. But then, I wonder if this will be like with the original anime where every few episodes everyone is off-model based on who's animating it.

I liked that we saw more classic Usagi facial expressions, even though they don't go full cartoony it was better than the very stoic look of the previous episode.

Ami's hair looks weird, but otherwise I like her.

I noticed they use CDs now instead of the 2-inch floppy diskettes of the old anime. I miss floppies!

Good episode. I hope the show continues to improve as the good story elements build up.

It's still weird seeing them with lips though.

And WHY IS MAMORU IN A TUXEDO ALL THE TIME?? I miss casual Darian in his green jacket.

Yeah I thought it was a lot better than ep 1, I enjoyed it thoroughly.

I think they were both equally as good. I cannot wait to see the next episode.
