It stopped in the 90s, right? They're bringing back the show, why not all-new comics?
shareIt's totally possible, but highly unlikely.....the atmosphere has changed, there would have to be a huge market for the manga, and right now there's probably not. I would love to see new editions to the manga though! From the things that I've read I don't believe Ms. Takeuchi would be on board.

As in continuing it with new stories? I don't think so. I think it Naoko Takeuchi wanted to she already would have by now.

Agreed. There are certain time limits to a story if it wants to stay fresh. A story cannot go on and on indefinitely (look what happened to Dragon Ball or the Simpsons).
However, if Naoko ever has the inspiration to continue to storyline with a sixt season, and if it was actually really, really good, I wouldn't mind. But otherwise, I think she completed the entire storyline.
