Promise of the Rose movie with Dic English Soundtrack / BGM on DVD?

so I bought the DVD Sailor Moon R1 movie Uncut Edition which still has the "Power of Love" song incorporated into the background, but I immediately noticed the Japanese BGM and the complete lack of the Dic soundtrack / background music. Does only the VHS version have the Dic music in the background?

It was never released on DVD. :(

There was the edited DiC VHS and the uncut DVD.

Check out , they've done all the work and extracted the VHS audio and put it into a high quality MKV copy of all 3 movies. You can find it until the torrent tracker.

They did release the 3 dubbed films on dvd, I have them

No. You change the track between Japanese and English, I have them. However, they do not contain the DiC background music, which they original poster is asking about. Please read.
