90 days until the new anime
I hope. And you, too. For now, they plan to start the broadcast in July, so let's all keep our fingers crossed that there will not be any further delays!
It sounds totally surreal that this is so close.
I hope sometime this month we get an announcement about the voice cast please bring back the original cast.
shareI do not know if that could be possible. It's been over 20 years since they made the original anime, and it is questionable if their voices would still be able to conjure up the feeling of a teenage voice. Still, Kotono Mitsuishi still sounds very good, and people like her just might be able to pull it off.
At any rate, this might indeed become an event.
I really hope that they keep Kotono Mitsuishi. I grew up with the dub but it would still kind of break my heart to hear anyone but her voice as Usagi in Japanese. I say they stick with her. Hell Jodi Benson is like 52 and she is still voicing Ariel although she is starting to lose it she still does pretty good. A lot of people would not notice.

I thought when the show was announced a year ago they did confirm or at least strongly suggest that Kotono Misuishi would be back.
I agree, she was the best. It was always weird for those few episodes when someone else was voicing Usagi.
