Is it worth it?

it depends what you like and what you dont...if you never saw it then dont knock it just yet...for me its a good movie I dont understand why many people dont like it. but if you buy it and ending up not liking it just sell it. or keep it just to have... but give it a chance

Why can't you rent it? Have you tryed blockbuster? I really liked the movie. If you like to be on the edge of your sit and if you really love the greatest actor in the world, Johnny Depp,then it is totaly worth buying. I own it and I'm glad I do...lol.

Yes, I think it is good film. Not extremely good, but good. I have seen it twice. Christopher Walken is of course very good, as always.

The film doesn't rely on special effects and doesn't potray excesses of comptemporary fashion or references, so is pretty timeless on the whole. It's equally a enjoyable a film now as I'm sure it will be in another 10years time, so probably one of the safer bets as a purchase.
