Real Time Plot Holes

I really enjoyed this movie until i realised that the real-time is not actually in real time.
For example - They will show us a scene with the time, then next time we see the time 10 mins has passed even though the scene only went for 5 minutes.
This happens quite a bit.
Did anyone else notice this. This really annoyed me, as it seemed like such simple mistakes.

It is real time in that you are watching for 90 minutes from 12:00-1:30 in the movie. If all scenes were 100% synchronized in time then the story would be very difficult to tell as things can happen at the same time that people need to see. There would also be many times when all you would see is Johnny Depp walking around a mall.

24 is the same way. What you sit there for an hour and watch is taking place over the course of an hour, although what you are seeing 45 minutes into it may be happening anywhere from 40-50 minutes from the start on the show.

It's the job of the filmmakers to get around these problems though, especially if they are advertising that the gimmick of the movie is the "real" time. I too was annoyed that the timing is off.
