If they were smart, they'd have released an R version DVD

PG13 for the cinema, then both a PG13 and R rated home video/DVD.

They should've unleashed the gore and fatalities right from the beginning instead of wussing out, thank god the third movie will deliver on the gore and fatalities

And it sucked. This movie was better than MK21.

I don't think they shot an R rated version, it was always intended to be PG-13 during filming. If they didn't film the more explicit scenes then how could they possibly release an R version?
