have you guys noticed?

The first two times when John and Charlie mess with chief Paterson's train,they are always being hauled into his office at the end for making trouble...does this remind you of similar scenes in school where two juvenile delinquents are hauled into the principal's office for misbehaviour...well...and the lecture just starts..only that this 'principal' is racist in his scolding..
