I agreed with the first part of your post. Black children should be placed with black families wherever possible because of the ethnic/cultural ties and support only a black parent could truly give a black child (although it also stands to reason that many mixed race children in single-parent families, such as the one Halle Berry was raised in, will not be exposed to those cultural ties, and that has nothing to do with the State or misguided white people).
However, then you went into a mean-spirited and bigoted rant about genocide. Most modern-era white couples who adopt black childrrn are not seeking to undermine black communities. All they're interested in is providing a home for a child, which is almost always preferable to a child being placed in long-term foster care regardless of whether the adopted child is the exact same race of the adults concerned. You seem to be blaming white couples for the unfortunate lack of black couples available to adopt black children in some areas which, without wishing to turn this into a black v white thing, as you seem keen to do, strikes me as wholly unfair.
