This is when I completely cracked up in the movie. Diane Lane is trying to profile a picture of Rico standing next to Dredd and the computer says that he is "approximately 200cm". Would that mean that Stallone would be over 6' 7" considering that he is even taller than Rico in the photo? LOL! Even in those huge ass boots, I'd be surprised if Stallone broke the 5' 10" range.

When he was sharing the frame with other characters, Stallone was shot from all kinds of upward angles to make him appear 6 1/2 feet tall. They probably even put him on boxes foursome of those shots he cranes over them. It happens a lot in other films as well.

I actually added this as a goof. You can usually tell what height range someone is in by their body proportions and a 5'10" person (which is roughly what Armand Assante must be) really can't be mistaken for a 6'7" person, so saying Rico was approximately 200cm wasn't remotely believable.
Unless in the future the average height increased by 9 inches and somehow their heads and other body parts grew larger as well so their body proportions remained the same.
