Ice Cream man claims he was sick when he was little, but hes better now, he is clearly not.

It's actually obvious from the start that he is not better.

He really wasn't sick in the begining. He just thought the Ice Cream King did a horrible job and had crappy service. But I love this movie so much. It is just the worst horror movie ever, but not the worst movie ever. That title has been given to Plan 9 From Outer Space. Ed Wood Jr. is a great man though.
