The People Calling this Movie Racist. Think Timothy McVeigh.

Might as well call "True Lies" racist too. Look how negative the Muslims where made to be look as.

In the 1990s the Skinhead Neo Nazi movement was extremely big. They where everywhere. The "Turner Diaries" which was like a bible of this movement was one of the main influences for Timothy McVeigh in blowing up the Federal building in Oklahoma City.

To me it seems the director's point was to put whites in the shoes of every other race who are always being deemed in a negative light in many movies past and even future.

The reality is that if the film was really racist, it would not have shown the black charactors in the film being one of the motives for Remy having join the Skinheads. Ice Cue and Buster Rhymes characters really were as**loes on Remy. But Remy snitch on them which is why they bullied him out of the dorm room.

I had a dorm roommate snitched on me once for smoking weed and I made his life a living hell until he moved out.

I don't care what race the roomates are. I am sure the white frat dudes would had done worst to Remy with their hazing practices.

But at the same time, his own kind did not accept him either because of his lack of social skills. Even his Jewish roomate was talking sh*t about him behind his back.

The truth is that Remy himself was also a victim at the end because he was used by the Skinheads to direct their point through violence, this was due to Remy's vulnerability to want to be accepted by his peers but found it difficult due to his lack of social skills. Which is why even Malik look down in a sort of sorrow when Remy killed himself.

The fact though that whites calles this movie racist because at one point it becomes a battle of the Skinheads vs the black College students shows a sign of disturbing hypocrosy. These skinheads were violent "THUGS" while the blacks were still students of that University. If these blacks were thugs than they would ahd been kicked out a long time ago for COMMITTING A CRIME or violating a rule of conduct in the school.

People see a black man talking slang and dressing in Urban clothes and they see them as thugs when in fact a Biker dude can be a thug too but these same bigots would see them as cool. Yet look at how crazy white frat members get.

It basicallly shows the hypocrosy of those calling this movie racist. So because the Skinheads loses a brawl in the school cafateria than that makes the movie racist? When in fact had it been reversed, with those same black dude being crazy frat members and the Skinhead being gangmembers, than the whites on here would had been cheering.

Good job Singleton for showing that racism is far from gone.

That at the end of it all, it isn't about racism, but basically about one sticking for his own kind. Which is a primal instinct of human beings.

It was not racist, but it was not too well written. It was as if Singleton was taking a sledgehammer. If he wrote the film now it would be more subtle.

Its that man again!!
