shareI'm guessing he's got a vault or a safe in his house somewhere. It's likely he also has a couple of lockers or safety deposit boxes. Neil's "drop it and get out before the heat comes" mentality and lifestyle would likely have backups, but I doubt he was a "savings account" type. So, I'm thinking he had stashes around LA that he could come back and grab as needed.

shareIn reality offshore account are not linked to relatives or biz partners unless set up this way. I.e if the account is inactive the value of said account will at some point be claimed by the bank. If the account was in the US the money would be transferred to a relative or be frozen by the federal gov. due to his crimes.
