A song in the movie P L E A S E H E L P!!!!!

Ok theres a song in this movie that Ive been desperate to find the title and the composer. It plays at the scene were John Gustafson goes to meet his dad on the couch and he finds out his dad has passed away then the piano music starts. And thats the song I want to know the name of and who its by. ANY ONE that could help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks for your time. : )

The piece of music is an original orchestral score piece composed and conducted by the film's composer Alan Silvestri. It is not on the offical released album and, beyond that I dont know what to tell you. Sorry to be the bearer of bad news. It is an effective piece of music and made that scene extremely poignant.

This post is really old, but for what it's worth, the piano can be heard in the Forrest Gump Suite by Alan Silvestri.

"The simpler you say it, the more eloquent it is."
