We need more films like this!

There's older people who watch t.v. to ya know. I feel that a huge age group has been shunned when it comes to television. What is going on? It's really sad and when I get old I can't imagine ever wanting to watch anything on t.v. There will be nothing to familiarize with, nothing worth a damn anymore.

Anyway that's all I wanted to say I guess. People like t.v. shows and films with old people, they're funny and comforting. I just feel like we've ostracized them because all that yuppies think sells now is sex, but they're wrong.

Well, I'm 36 and I love this movie (and "Grumpy Old Men").

I'm 30 now and loved it back when I was in my teens. lol Though I do understand it a lot more than I once did at that age.

Yup, ditto.

As for today's films, they are mostly geared for teens and young adults. That's ultimately how Hollywood does things. I'm not a fan of superhero movies & fancy special effects, nor do I like comedies centered around bathroom humor, but that's what Hollywood is releasing...

I agree, I watched this when it first came out and I was only about ten years old at the time. I'm 29 now and I still love it!
