And he was horribly misused. That Russian scientist Boris was the best and should have had a bigger role. The way he would claim himself to be invincible made him appear menacing and a serious threat to Bond. Just a shame he didn't have more to do
shareWhile I agree Boris was a great character, I don't think he was misused. His "I am invincible" was meant to show his oversized ego, not display any real menace.
He helped make the villain's plan possible while providing comic relief for the audience. Somewhat similar to Joe Butcher and Truman-Lodge in the prior film and Henry Gupta in the following film.
