Did Chris deserved getting spanked by Smokey?

I thought it was hilarious watching both Craig & Smokey grab Chris so Smokey could smack his ass with his belt, the way Chris was crying "MAMA!" afterwards was hilarious, the little punk had it coming for knocking over the trash cans, it makes me wonder if he would knock over Deebo's garbage cans! LOL

I also find it hard to believe that the actor playing Chris was 15 years old when I thought he was around 11-12 years myself.
