Father of the groom?
I heard a rumor that a script was being developed for another sequel in the series as Kieran Culkin's character is now at a ripe marrying age? I've not been able to confirm this ANYWHERE. Has anyone else heard this?

shareWell, nobody could help me out on this one, so I did a little research and turned up nothing.
My friend who's a theatre student at Arizona State University (the same person who told me about this in the first place)claims she found out that a script for this plotline has been worked on for the past couple of years and if a final script can be agreed on and the original cast can work out their schedules, that it may be a go.
Anybody else think a 3rd film in this series would be a good idea?

Actually, that would be a very interesting angle. To see a role reversal where George would be the reasonable one and Nina would have trouble letting go just might work.
shareAhhhhhhhhhhh, dont you think it's turning into overkill a bit, or even a franchise? Look at Scary Movie 3! And 4! And probably 5,6,7,8 and eventually 150! Sometimes things are left best alone. I cant say I dont want to see another installment, but I'd hate to see it laid on too thickly. I usually hate sequels for precisely that matter. I mean, imagine if they made an Anchorman 2? It would be like one of the seven deadly sins, and it would completely ruin Anchorman '1'.
