In this movie (which I only saw once in the theaters), Diane Keaton is pregnant.

If you like the theme of an older couple having a baby, you might enjoy the 1965 movie "Never Too Late", in which a woman in her fifties gets pregnant. It's a very funny movie, mostly because it shows the reaction of her hubby (in his sixties) and how he copes with the situation. Good luck finding this movie! :)

"Never Too Late" is an excellent movie. It occasionally turns up on TCM. Good recommendation!

Another movie, (with a subplot of an older couple having a baby), is "The Thrill of It All", starring Doris Day and James Garner. The older expectant couple is played by Arlene Francis and Edward Andrews. A funny movie, and worth checking out.

Recently I saw Doris Day in the fifties movie "Pillow Talk", which was excellent as well.
