The Baby's Suite
I'm curious as to why they needed to add on to their already huge house for the baby's room...I mean suite. Surely they had an unoccupied room somewhere in the house (Annie's old room, perhaps?)

That was Annie's old room, that they had remodeled as the Baby's Suite.
shareNo it was not Annie's room, if you watch again you'll see they build a completely new room!
shareWell, from the looks of that room, that's gonna be one SPOILED ROTTEN KID! I'm 26 now and I've still yet to get a room as fancy looking as that nursery. I'd also like to know why a man as seemingly cheap as George who did nothing BUT complain about how much his daughter's wedding cost him, seemed to have no problem investing what was probably thousands of dollars in a SUITE for his new BABY. My God, I can just imagine the wedding THAT little girl is going to have someday!
shareI'm pretty sure it was Annie's old room, but they decided to expand it and make it the suite. Unnecessary, yes, the original room was sufficient I think, but for some reason they didn't feel it was.
shareBut that was AFTER George says something about Nina wanting to show someone the room, wasn't it?
Because when Annie comes round at like 1 in the morning, you can see that the room thing appears to be finished.
Bloody hell this is a complitcated movie..

This may be showing my extreme dorkiness, but if I remember correctly, Annie's room in the first movie was in the middle of the hallway, and the baby suite was at the end of the hallway, so I'm pretty sure it was different rooms

And why would Franck, a wedding planner, be the main contractor of the huge baby suite addition?
shareprobably Frank was also an interior designer.

Exactly. If Franck found out they needed a new car I bet he would also be a luxury car buyer in Hollywood's unrealistic world.
