more of it should of been played straight that's what made Mel Brooks Classic parodies stand out movies Dracula Dead and Loving it is better than any modern parody movie though.

I loved it....

I watched it all the time when I was kid....

yes you watched it at the best age to watch bad movies not that it was a really bad movie just a weaker Mel Brooks Parody

I still like it a lot. It's hilarious. Frankly comedies shouldn't be compared to dramas like One Flew over the Cuckoo's Nest or Goodfellas anyway.

It's just funnier when the characters say the most ridiculous things with a straight face, when you go over the top you are taking a risk, for every Gollum there are 1000 Jar Jar Binks.
