Yeah, that's what so funny about it. It's just very random and sounds silly: some words I remember are: Fuschta! Volopnik! Pefuft! and my favourite: Foloschtoi!

Well, on the audio commentery on the DVD, Mel Brooks says they just made up the language-so basically it means nothing.
