Ok in the beginning of the movie it shows the whole lecture hall scene and how Helen is assaulted and then it shows Daryl licking the knife and saying "Time to have fun" or something along those lines. It never actually shows how Helen gets away the only thing that hints towards that is the cop running or something. AND THEN later when Peter trys to replay the killing scene theyre fighting and she says "hahaha Daryl couldnt get it up either" does that mean she was somehow sexually assaulted by Daryl Lee and it just doesnt show it? Does anyone who read the book know?

I don't think she meant literally that he couldn't get it up. She was referring to the fact that Daryl Lee couldn't kill her.

I thought she said Dahmer couldn't get it up either. I didn't know she was referencing darryl

It's shown early in the film that Helen was an expert witness in Darryl Lee's trial. There are numerous possibilities as to how she might have found out, but it's likely she knows he's impotent through her study of him.
