Briefing Room, cops listening to the song.

I've seen this movie twice over the years. Both times I've watched it, I see a guy in the briefing room who looks just like General Paul Vallalie (spelling?).

It's where they are all listening to the song on the boom box and Holly Hunter turns it off and comments re: appreciation for music.

The camera pans the room and there sits the General.

I've looked at the names of the cast, but do not see Vallalie's name.

Can anybody out there confirm or refute this??

Appreciate the assist.

I agree with you that it looks exactly like General Paul Valelly. I did not see him in the credits. I wonder why he was there. I don't remember ever hearing about him at all until he became a Fox News contributor at the start of the Afghan War. Besides, what would a guy in his bussiness be in short non-speaking part. Maybe he was at the police station for something in his regular position and was just used as an extra. In any case I agree it sure looks like him.
