I find that Sigourney is one of my favorite actresses. For me, it is a tie between her and Kathy Bates. They are both great and both underrated.

Paris Hilton is an actress? I thought she was just some lame brain with millions who carried a mouse around in her purse passing it off as a dog, or am I thinking of Jessica Simpson?? I guess I don't know the difference between chicken and tuna myself.

I thought Sigourney was wonderful in this film,and great in loads of things,
but my favourite actress of all time is Meryl Streep.

DEFINATLY SIGOURNEY, FOR ACTION, DRAMA, AND COMEDY SHE'S AWESOME
BACKING HER UP ARE BATES, FOSTER, AND I FIND BLANCHET DOES VERY WELL IN HER ROLES AS WELL.

Yes, she can definitely act. My top 3 are Sigourney Weaver, Holly Hunter, and Jodie Foster. All play intelligent, well-thought roles. I would love to see all three together somehow. Smart, smart women. And notice, they never appear on all the trash magazines. That alone says a lot. I'm really glad the director cast Holly instead of a man for MJ. The dynamic of two different women is brilliant.

I always thought Sigourney should play Amelia Earhart. (Look at the likeness between them.)
