DVD that's not CC?

Can anyone tell me if this movie is available on DVD without the closed captioning? I recently purchased this movie on DVD and it is CC so all of the dialogue is printed on the screen which is so distracting to me that I just can't enjoy watching the movie. Thanks for any help!

The copy I was watching started with the captions too. Just hit menu and language selection and turn the captioning off. I don't know why they put it as default with the captioning.
