Song in alley scene?

I cant find the name anywhere. Its the techno sounding song thats playing when peter kills the dude outside of the club. Sounds like it might be david bowie but its definately not fame. Please help? I know its a real song because someone played it on an 80's or 70's station on the radio.

I have the soundtrack to Copycat and that song that they play a snippet of in the alley scene is called Techno Boy (performed by Silkski) :)
