Clinical psychologist?
Surely she was a forensic psychologist and/or criminologist given what she lectured about, wrote books about and the fact that she gave testimonies in court? The only thing that substantiated the clinical psychologist title was her knowledge of aural hallucinations being heard in stereo rather than in one ear. Also if she was a clinical psychologist its highly probable that she would have got some pscyhological (not psychiatric - medication) help with her agoraphobia and panic attacks - like CBT - before it got to 13 months of her having had these problems (or she would have had knowledge of CBT herself and been able to attempt to put it in to practice).
Hmmmm puzzler. Bit of a puzzle.
