18 Age Rating

It was good to see a film whose makers had the courage to release as an '18' rating. These days it would probably have some of its scenes cut in order to release it as a '15' or 'better' yet, a '12A' and thus enable maximum audiences and maximum profits.

I will also add that it made a pleasant change to see a film aimed at grown-ups, starring grown-ups. I suppose it's because today's target audience is largely teenage, but I could get fed up of films starring teens and particularly actors in their mid to late thirties behaving like teens.

Just my observations.
