I'm always wondering what happens that night when Reuben stays at Helen's to watch over her. My opinion was that nothing really serious happened but I just stumbled on that picture on the web:

That's not in the movie right? Maybe there's a deleted scene of what happens that night?! Anybody knows more??

I was wondering this also! Came here to post about it but you beat me! Helen does say thanks for 'taking care' of her or something similar (which she gets holly hunters character to repeat over the phone) so maybe there was originally more to that night. It's a strange publicity? shot if not

I read in a previous discussion that they did shoot a scene between Helen and Reuben but finally, it didn't appear in the movie. So my guess is that this picture has been taken when they were shooting that scene, it's just too bad we cannot see it, I'm so curious, plus I really wanted to see a scene of Helen having social contact with a man again! Should be released under deleted scenes, would be great!!!!
