HELP! Please help identify student sunbather on the grassy hill

This scene was about an hour and 14 minutes into the movie, and included footage of Peter Foley videotaping young girls on a college campus while Sigourney Weaver's voiceover explained that she had figured out his copycat motives because of the letter with the Police song lyrics left in the phone booth.
The girl I'm trying to identify was the focus of his spying and was sunbathing in a bikini. She doesn't have a speaking roll, and therefore seems to be uncredited in the film.

Any help would be appreciated.

There two girls in that scene as I recall. One of them is lying on her stomach and the other girl adjusts the prone girl's bikini so that her bottom is not quite so exposed. Which one were you referring to, the one who had her bikini bottom adjusted or the one doing the adjusting?

In any event, the actress's name might be Tracey Silver. She is listed the Full Cast & Crew section as 'student'.
