In a club scene, where Peter is with Andy (Helen's friend) he adds a semen sample stolen from lab to Andy's drink. To me the scene was completely random and pointless albeit disgusting. What was the point of doing that?

1. The OP has never actually seen semen before and therefore doesn't realize that it's a liquid and not a powder (and on that note, how hilarious to picture ejaculate coming out in powder form--LOL)
2. The OP wears glasses but took them off during that scene

Ok, let's get things straight. I know it's been more than a year since I started this thread, but maybe someone will read my explanation. I'm not an idiot who doesn't know what semen is and looks like. Earlier in the movie there is a scene where Peter steals a semen sample for the lab. Then, at the party, he adds something to Andy's drink - whatever it was, it was kept in a vial very much like the one in which the stolen semen sample was stored. If we add to it the following facts:
- the drink was white
- Andy was gay
- Peter was a psychopath
- I saw the movie only twice a long time ago
I never really felt the need to take a closer look to see that the substance added to the drink was not liquid, but some kind of powder instead, I automatically assumed it was semen even though it seemed rather odd and disgusting.
To get the guy pregnant?

I'm not fascinated with semen. I'd rather say people who keep replying to my initial post are fascinated with it. Otherwise this thread would have been abandoned after one or two replies.
shareYour initial post was really dumb though to be fair. Of course it wasn't semen lol god knows why you thought that. It was a drug (and a powder at that...) to spike his drink. The semen sample was used for another killing.. the girl at the dump site.

Fun fact, a girlfriend of one of the killers attempted a copycat with a smuggled semen sample.
