Did anyone notice Fergie's new song "Clumsy" has a part in it "the girl can't help it" that was also in Circle of Friends at the dance when the girls were in the bathroom?

YES!!! I heard that song in a restaurant recently and it was driving me absolutely crazy because I could no for the life of me remember where I had heard it before!

and then I was watching Circle of Friends and it dawned on me right before the dance scene. haha. Amazing.

I wonder if she or whoever produced the song caught Circle of Friends and got the idea to sample the chorus...it is not exactly a song you hear a lot. Love the Clumsy version..it is a great song.

Actually it was a very popular song in the 50's. It was featured in a movie of the same name starring Jayne Mansfield, famous blonde-bombshell actress.
I think Little Richard performed it.
