I was saddened to her the news that the circle of friends author passed away today.

Thanks for the wonderful literary and movie moments Maeve, you will be missed. Rest in peace :(

I'm surprised at how sad this news made me, it's upsetting to know there won't be anymore wonderful books from one of my favorite writers.

I know--so sad! She wasn't that old either. She brought a lot of enjoyment to people with her wonderful books.
