Why?
Giorgio goes apesh!t on several people and horribly murders them for seemingly no reason. Why is this?

He's been abused his entire life...he probably thinks he's acting normal. As for eating the poor prostitute...well if I was in his position I'd be incredibly sexually frustrated as well.
