Why do you immediately reject the plausibility of this scene? Are you saying this doesn't happen in real life? The girl is looking for a rich patron and is trying her best to please him with a obvious focus on to become his kept woman . She tries in every possible way to arouse the sexual instinct in him with half open mouth and languid look, he instantly responds to her call and leads her to the car, which is clearly not the first time he has used for such purposes. These are the rules of the game, everything is fair and both clearly know what they want. Of course there is some share of grotesque in the fact that she gave him a blowjob after a minute of acquaintance, but also honest truth of life , because Nicky does not like to waste time when he aroused and does not stand on ceremony with women . Remember his scene with Sharon Stone. It's part of his character's style, Scorsese shows every detail.
