"mad" max grabelski is looking for a car to steal and gets into a car to find a young child in the back seat who "has to make a dookie". the next thing we see is max driving off and said youth is sat on the sidewalk in his kiddy car chair looking pretty annoyed.
a favourite quote is - "i guess you could say i'm the thin khaki line between morality and depravity" - from Erickson, the real scout leader.
but pretty much everything Daniel Stern does and says as Grabelski is hilarious.
