Are you talking about when he is singing "La la la, la la la, la la la la la"? He's singing Jingle Bells because it's Christmas time!

I think "Captain Planet" is something that should be mandatory to watch nowadays.

For some reason the piglet decided to stand there and talk, so the movie makers decided to take advantage of it and dub in Jingle Bells. Perfect!
