After having retired for some time, Christine Cavanaugh -- the voice of many of your favorite 90s cartoon characters -- has died, She was 51.

She was best known as the voice of, among other things, secret-laboratory boy genius Dexter, AAAHH!!! Real Monster Oblina, Rugrat Chuckie Finster, and Babe.

One of her live action roles was as Mona on two episodes of Salute Your Shorts.

In all seriousness, somebody needs to check up on Charlie Adler, Rob Paulsen, Jeff (Glen) Bennett, Mr. Lawrence, Billy West, and Tom Kenny.

RIP childhood, again. 

Toonami is back. Each and every Saturday @ 12/11 CT on [adult swim].

This breaks my heart. I never heard a thing. The news is so full of useless gossip these days that the death of a truly talented and worthy person is overshadowed.

I came here to answer an old email comment and saw the thread.

She was also featured in one of my favorite X-Files episodes "Small Potatoes."
