Bank Location
The building used for the bank is located at Ponce De Leon Ave and Munoz Rivera Ave in Old San Juan, Puerto Rico. It is in-between these two roads or "Avenida" as they are referred to. I remember being there a year or so after filming and the area looked identical to the movie. Very nice little courtyard area. The fort is close-by as well. From what I remember the building that was used as the condemned hotel was completely refurbished and had simply been a facade built for the movie. Good movie!
