No, he mentions that he was an actor who played him in a world where Spider-man is fiction. He indicates that he's actually the voice actor of the cartoon. The show went meta.

The show indicates (in the final episode) that he's an actor from a world where Spider-man is fiction. That's how Peter ends up meeting Stan Lee in the final episode.

It's Christopher Daniel Barnes, he says he's an actor who plays Spiderman and has the same voice
